Strategy

01

Brand overview

AtlasFlow is an international market-expansion operating partner. We work at the point where expansion stops being a strategy question and becomes an operating one: which market, on what evidence, through which entry model, with which local offer, team, partners, and demand programme. Market intelligence, entry design, localization, launch execution, people and partners, and ongoing expansion management run as one connected plan rather than six disconnected workstreams.

AtlasFlow

An FGV Company

02

Brand purpose

Close the gap between an expansion decision on a slide and a working operation in a new market.

03

Positioning

End-to-end international market-expansion operating partner.

AtlasFlow occupies the operating layer between expansion strategy and in-market traction: the decisions, sequencing, and execution that turn a chosen market into a working one.

04

Primary audiences

Leadership teams at expanding companies
A defensible answer to 'which market next, and what does entering it actually take?'
Commercial and revenue leaders
A local offer, channel structure, and demand programme that produce qualified pipeline.
Operations and people leaders
Entity, team, partner, and process decisions sequenced without stalling the launch.
Investors and boards
Transparent gates, evidence, and re-forecasting before expansion spend escalates.

05

Brand promise

From market decision to market operation.

Sections 6–11

Messaging

06

Messaging pillars

Market evidence

Demand, competitive, pricing, and feasibility evidence carries the market decision — not opportunity narrative.

Connected entry plan

Entry model, offer, pricing, channel, resourcing, and sequencing are decided as one plan with visible dependencies.

Localized execution

Positioning, content, demand, people, and partners are rebuilt for local buyers rather than translated.

Launch and improvement

Launch is a tracked operation with named gates, re-forecasting, and a route from first revenue to scale.

07

Approved tagline

Enter the right market. Build the operation to win there.

Use verbatim. Do not shorten, re-punctuate, or translate without approval.

08

Elevator pitch

AtlasFlow is an international market-expansion operating partner. We help companies decide which market to enter on evidence, design the entry model, localize the offer, and run the launch as one connected plan — through six stages and five decision gates, so spend only increases when the evidence supports it.

09

Short description (one line)

AtlasFlow helps companies evaluate, enter, launch, operate, and scale in new international markets.

10

Medium description

AtlasFlow is an international market-expansion operating partner. We work at the point where expansion stops being a strategy question and becomes an operating one: which market, on what evidence, through which entry model, with which local offer, team, partners, and demand programme. Market intelligence, entry design, localization, launch execution, people and partners, and ongoing expansion management run as one connected plan rather than six disconnected workstreams.

11

Full description

AtlasFlow was created for the point where international expansion becomes operational. Most companies can name a market they want to enter. Far fewer have the evidence to defend the choice, the entry model to match it, and the operating detail to make the first year work. AtlasFlow connects those decisions.

The work runs across six capabilities — market intelligence and prioritization, market entry strategy, localization and go-to-market, launch execution, teams, partners and operations, and ongoing expansion management — sequenced through six stages and five named decision gates. Each gate asks a specific question before spend increases, so leadership can stop, re-scope, or proceed on evidence rather than momentum.

Where legal, tax, immigration, logistics, or regulatory advice is required, AtlasFlow coordinates with qualified independent professionals and does not present itself as the regulated adviser. Findings are estimates built from available evidence; timelines and pipeline outcomes are planned, tracked, and re-forecast rather than guaranteed.

AtlasFlow is an FGV Company, part of a group of specialist operating companies covering demand generation, recruiting, direct hire, AI implementation, and international expansion.

Voice and writing

12

Brand voice

Operational, not aspirational

Describe the work, the sequence, and the decision being made. Avoid ambition language that carries no operating detail.

Evidence-first

Where a statement can be checked, say how it is checked. Where it cannot, say what it depends on.

Plain and senior

Write for an operator with limited time. Short sentences, no jargon inflation, no filler qualifiers.

Bounded

Every capability claim sits next to its limit — what AtlasFlow does not do, and who does it instead.

13

Writing principles

  • Lead with the buyer outcome.
  • Use concrete nouns and verbs.
  • Explain systems visually and in short language.
  • State boundaries adjacent to claims.
  • Use proof only when approved.
  • End commercial pages with a specific action.

  • Loading — inline spinner, label retained, control disabled
  • Disabled — muted, non-interactive, reason stated in adjacent text

Minimum tap target 44 × 44px on every control, including icon-only buttons.

Sections 28–33

Visual language

28

Iconography

Lucide, 1.75px stroke, 24px grid, rounded caps — matches the mark's stroke language.

  • Stroke only. No filled pictograms except the destination node dot.
  • Icons carry meaning at 20px; never scale below 16px.
  • Icons never substitute for a label in navigation or controls.
  • Do not recolour icons in coral unless the icon marks a decision.

29

Illustration style

Deterministic SVG schematics: coordinate grids, corridors, nodes, stage bands, and route legends drawn in brand stroke weights.

  • Every map-like visual is an abstraction of a corridor, never a claim of offices or coverage — label it as such.
  • Two-colour base (midnight/ocean) with signal teal for routes and coral for decision points.
  • No isometric 3D, no gradient meshes, no decorative particles.
  • Diagrams must remain legible in one colour and at 320px width.

30

Photography direction

Restrained editorial business photography: working teams, meeting rooms, ports and city infrastructure as context rather than subject.

  • Natural light, low saturation, real working environments.
  • 4:3 crop as the default; subject off-centre to allow overlay type.
  • No globes, flags, airport lounges, handshake stock, or freight-only imagery.
  • No fabricated client contexts, no readable third-party logos.
  • Every published image must carry a licence entry in docs/image-licenses.md.

31

Image-generation art direction

Use these fields verbatim when briefing an image tool. Never render essential typography into generated imagery.

subject
Small working teams, market infrastructure, or abstract corridor geometry — never a person presented as a named client or employee.
environment
Real working environments: offices under natural light, meeting rooms with visible working material, port/urban infrastructure at distance.
composition
Off-centre subject with clear negative space for overlay type. 4:3 for editorial, 16:9 for covers, 1:1 for social.
lighting
Daylight or soft directional light. No hard studio rim light, no neon.
material
Muted warm-paper and midnight range with a single deep-ocean or teal accent. Low saturation film response.
humans
Mixed international teams shown working, not posing. No exaggerated expressions, no staged handshakes.
motif
AtlasFlow motif: coordinate lines, corridor routes between two points, stage bands. Introduce as environmental geometry, not overlay graphics.
negative
No logos, no readable interface or document text, no flags, no globes, no maps implying office coverage, no copyrighted characters, no fake client branding, no rendered typography.
  • Store the prompt, model/tool name, creation date, usage note, and review status with every generated image.
  • Generated imagery enters the approved library only after human review.
  • Never render essential typography into generated imagery — type is layered in SVG/CSS.

32

Animation and motion

Motion clarifies sequence and state. It never announces itself and never delays content.

  • Entrance: 200–320ms, cubic-bezier(0.2, 0, 0, 1), opacity + 8px translate.
  • State change: 120–180ms, ease-out.
  • Data/diagram sequences: finite cycles only, 600–1200ms per step, never infinite loops.
  • Reduced motion: all transforms and SVG animation suppressed; final state rendered immediately.
  • Never: scroll hijacking, cursor replacement, autoplay audio, particle backgrounds, content-blocking animation.

Data visualization

Series 1#0D4F6C
Series 2#18B8B2
Series 3#F47A5A
Series 4#071A2B
Series 5#3C5666
  • Series colours follow the chart order above; do not reorder for aesthetics.
  • Axes start at zero unless the truncation is labelled on the chart.
  • Direct labels preferred over legends; units always stated.
  • Every chart carries a source and a date.
  • Missing data is shown as a gap with a note, never interpolated silently.
  • Never encode meaning by colour alone — pair with label, pattern, or shape.
  • No 3D charts, no decorative gauges, no dual axes without explicit labelling.

Downloads

Approved asset pack

38 approved assets. Every download generates a real file client-side with the versioned filename convention.

Filename convention: {brand-id}_{asset}_{concept}_{width}x{height}_v{major}.{minor}.{ext}

Example: atlasflow_logo_horizontal-full-color_720x200_v1.0.svg

ZIP packaging is not offered: assets are generated in the browser on demand and no archive endpoint exists, so a pack button would not deliver a real file. Download assets individually from each section, and take the manifest below as the index.

Claim boundaries

No client, partner, testimonial, certification, market statistic, office, or guaranteed result may be added to any asset without written verification. Where legal, tax, immigration, logistics, or regulatory advice is involved, AtlasFlow coordinates with qualified independent professionals and is not the regulated adviser. Map-like visuals in this system are corridor abstractions, never a claim of offices or coverage.

Minimum-size reference: 132px wide for the horizontal lockup.
